Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy reacted publicly for the primary time since his Oval Workplace blowup with President Donald Trump on Friday with a social media publish thanking the USA.
“Thanks The united states, thanks on your toughen, thanks for this talk over with,” Zelenskyy posted on X. “Thanks @POTUS. Congress, and the American other people. Ukraine wishes simply and lasting peace, and we’re running precisely for that.”
The publish was once Zelenskyy’s first remark since a gathering with Trump and Vice President JD Vance become a shouting fit on the White Area with the 3 leaders arguing over what “playing cards” Ukraine holds and whether or not Zelenskyy has proven sufficient gratitude to the USA.
