2 dogs rescued after being kidnapped, ransomed for over $1 million


Two males have been arrested in reference to the robbery and ransom of 2 canines in Switzerland, police mentioned Saturday. 

The canines’ proprietor, a 59-year-old Swiss guy, returned to his rental in Zurich’s Schlieren group on Feb. 24 and located that his two Bolonka canines have been stolen, Swiss police said in a news release. The thieves left a blackmail letter tough 1 million Swiss francs, or about $1,135,271, to unlock the canines. 

The American Kennel Club describes Bolonka canines as a pleasant, affectionate breed of toy canines. The small canines are a member of the Bichon circle of relatives and have been bred as space pets. On Thursday, they arrested a 30-year-old Norwegian guy at Zurich Airport. Police mentioned the Norwegian guy used to be about to depart the rustic.
